By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App immediately.
1. Account Registration & Security
1.1 Eligibility
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
1.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities under your account
- Not sharing, selling, or transferring your account to others
If unauthorized access occurs, you should notify us immediately.
1.3 Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the Terms, applicable laws, or harm other users. You may request account deletion at any time.
2. User Conduct Requirements
You agree NOT to use the App to:
2.1 Upload, share, or transmit content that:
- Violates laws or regulations
- Is harmful, abusive, threatening, or harassing
- Contains hate speech or discrimination
- Contains violence, pornography, or illegal activities
- Misleads, defrauds, or impersonates others
- Infringes on privacy, reputation, or intellectual property rights
- Contains spam, advertisements, or malicious links
2.2 Engage in activities that:
- Disrupt or interfere with App operations
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
- Collect information from other users without permission
- Spread malware, viruses, or harmful programs
- Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to access or manipulate the App
We reserve the right to remove violating content or restrict access without prior notice.
3. User-Generated Content (UGC)
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to store, display, or process your content solely to operate the App. We may remove or block content that violates these Terms or legal requirements.
4. Service Availability, Changes, and Updates
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time to improve the App. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, system updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for outages caused by external factors, but we will take reasonable steps to restore service quickly.
5. Intellectual Property
All App-related intellectual property, including trademarks, UI design, code, text, and media, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercialize any part of the App without our prior permission.
6. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate third-party tools or links. Their content and actions are not controlled by us, and you must review their separate terms and privacy policies.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:
- User misconduct or violation of these Terms
- Loss of data caused by external factors or user behavior
- Harm caused by third-party services, networks, or attacks
- Content posted by users or resulting disputes
We will, however, make reasonable efforts to maintain secure and reliable services.
8. Children’s Use
If you are under 18, you must use the App under parental supervision. Parents or guardians are responsible for minors’ actions within the App.
9. Modification of Terms
We may revise these Terms occasionally. Updated Terms will become effective once posted in the App. If the update significantly affects your rights, we will provide notice within the App.
